FloatPay mechanics
Sign in
Sign in with Privy, verify your X account, and link a Solana wallet. FloatPay verifies the signed identity and wallet address before preparing a transaction.
Create a token
Choose SOL or USDC, enter the name and ticker, provide a published token metadata URI, and select the fee tier and X recipient. FloatPay checks the ticker, pairing asset and current on-chain configuration, then simulates the transaction. Review the mint, fee receiver and fee tier before signing in your wallet. The token starts on Float’s Raydium LaunchLab curve and can graduate to a Raydium pool.
Where creator fees go
For your own X account, the signing wallet is the fee receiver. For another creator, FloatPay needs access to X and Privy to resolve the handle to its permanent X ID and verified Solana wallet. Once those integrations are configured, a new recipient can receive a Privy wallet tied to that X identity. The review screen shows the receiver that will be recorded on-chain.
Float trading fees apply on buys and sells. On the bonding curve, Raydium keeps 0.25% of trading volume. Float assigns 5% of the remaining fees to the creator. FloatPay adds no surcharge and takes no deduction from that allocation.
| Trading tier | Creator fees per 1,000 units traded on the curve |
|---|---|
| 1% | 0.375 units |
| 2% | 0.875 units |
| 2.5% | 1.125 units |
Amounts are before rounding. After graduation, use the actual accrued quote-token amount.
Claim
After Float cycles trading fees, sign in with the recipient X account and link the receiving wallet. Enter the Float coin mint on the claim page. FloatPay checks the on-chain receiver and available amount, simulates the claim and shows the destination. Your wallet signs. SOL pairs pay wrapped SOL and USDC pairs pay USDC. A fee-paying wallet needs SOL for network fees and any token account rent.
